Hi, I’m Kim Lorenz, a pediatric occupational therapist serving families throughout St. Charles County. Grow Well was created to support babies and parents during the first year of life, especially when feeding, development, or transitions feel stressful or overwhelming. I specialize in infant feeding and early development, offering gentle, individualized occupational therapy that meets your baby where they are and supports your family as a whole.
With almost two decades of experience as an occupational therapist and advanced training in pediatric feeding and infant development, I take a whole-baby approach that looks beyond milestones alone. I support feeding transitions, bottle and breastfeeding challenges, oral motor skills, gross and fine motor development, and early regulation. I use strategies that are effective, respectful, and parent-friendly. I actively pursue continuing education, including lactation consultant training, so I can provide comprehensive care without the limitations often found in large healthcare systems.
I believe parents don’t need more pressure, they need clear guidance, reassurance, and someone in their corner. My goal is to help you understand your baby, feel confident in your decisions, and enjoy this season more. Whether you’re navigating feeding challenges or simply want support through early development, Grow Well is here to walk alongside you.

Neonatal Touch & Massage combines a holistic, neonatal and systems theory approach to massage, with an emphasis on families and nurturing opportunities.
Myofascial Release (MFR) is a gentle, hands-on stretching technique that can help babies and children with a variety of issues by releasing fascial restrictions that can be present at birth due to the fetus’s position in utero, or can be caused by other factors like birth trauma, poor posture, or muscle weakness.
Total Motion Release (TMR) is a technique that can help babies relax and increase their range of motion. It’s a gentler alternative to traditional stretching methods.
Supporting Oral Feeding in Fragile Infants (SOFFI) is a method of bottle-feeding that aims to help infants develop feeding skills in a relaxed and controlled environment, focusing on the feeding experience itself, rather than how much food the infant consumes.
Over 50 hours of lactation focused training through The Lactation OT.
