Trained in the following methods:

Neonatal Touch & Massage combines a holistic, neonatal and systems theory approach to massage, with an emphasis on families and nurturing opportunities.

Myofascial Release (MFR) is a gentle, hands-on stretching technique that can help babies and children with a variety of issues by releasing fascial restrictions that can be present at birth due to the fetus’s position in utero, or can be caused by other factors like birth trauma, poor posture, or muscle weakness.

Total Motion Release (TMR) is a technique that can help babies relax and increase their range of motion. It’s a gentler alternative to traditional stretching methods.

Supporting Oral Feeding in Fragile Infants (SOFFI) is a method of bottle-feeding that aims to help infants develop feeding skills in a relaxed and controlled environment, focusing on the feeding experience itself, rather than how much food the infant consumes.
